What does Synergy actually do?

We support medical aesthetic practices across the Midwest with both clinically backed products and tangible business guidance.

On the product side, we represent portfolios from companies like Merz Aesthetics, Rohrer Aesthetics, and WiQo US. On the business side, we help practices grow more profitably through strategic planning, operations support, financial insight, and clinical education.

Most practices initially engage with us for products and continue working with us for the business support.

Are you a distributor?

No. We don't operate as a traditional distributor.

We act as a contracted sales and growth team for our brand partners, which means you receive direct access to those products along with an added layer of hands-on business support from our team.

It's a different model than most practices are used to and a more integrated one.

We already have a product rep. Why would we need Synergy?

A product rep and a growth advisor serve different roles.

Our team does manage product relationships, but we also work alongside you on the business side, helping you think through treatment mix, pricing, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.

It's support that extends beyond the transaction.

What size practice is a good fit?

We work with practices at every stage, from newer med spas building their foundation to established, multi-location groups preparing for expansion or exit.

Our approach adapts to where you are, rather than forcing you into a fixed model.

Do we have to be in a specific state to work with Synergy?

We focus on supporting practices across the Midwest, including Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Northwest Arkansas.
